WATER

Water is one of the main environmental and social challenges in the Peninsula of Baja California. At the beginning, the program was focused in water quality issues; first as a result of the study of the 500 wells in rural communities in the State and, afterwards with the design and distribution project of a technology for water disinfection (Cubeta UV).

We are beginning a new phase in the program, mainly focused in promoting a more sustainable water management. The first phase of this program looks up to promote an integrated management of the watershed of La Paz.
